2. Player Freedom, Modding & Community Creativity
We celebrate curiosity, technical exploration, and player freedom. You are completely free to inspect the simulation code, analyze the game mathematics, create helper tools, calculators, guides, and personal local modifications.
You are entirely welcome to stream the game (Twitch, YouTube), publish videos, walkthroughs, reviews, and fully monetize your content (video ads, sponsorships, donations). Your simulation progress and save files belong to you — feel free to export, analyze, tweak, and share your JSON saves.
3. The Only Boundaries — Protecting Shared Infrastructure & Fellow Players
On your own machine, you have full freedom to do almost anything with the game. The only strict boundaries are actions that threaten our shared server infrastructure or ruin the experience for other players:
- Server Defense: Malicious actions against the Provider's servers, databases, or cloud infrastructure (such as DoS/DDoS attacks, API flood spamming, penetration attempts, security circumvention, or unauthorized account access) are strictly prohibited.
- Multiplayer Integrity: Competing in 8-player seasonal leagues (including in-game raids, theft, and sabotage mechanics) is core gameplay and 100% encouraged. However, raw WebSocket floods or protocol exploits intended to crash or paralyze multiplayer rooms for others are prohibited.
- Respectful Nicknames: Display names must not contain hate speech, severe profanity, racial harassment, or unlawful content.
If direct attacks against backend infrastructure or server disruptions are detected, we reserve the right to suspend network access for the offending account or IP address.
4. Digital Goods, In-App Purchases & Right of Withdrawal Waiver
In-game purchases (such as Room Host Subscriptions or Premium Perks) are transacted through certified marketplace platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) or approved web billing providers.
EU Statutory Consumer Waiver Notice:
Pursuant to Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By purchasing and activating instant digital entitlements, you expressly consent to immediate fulfillment and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal.
5. Mobile Advertising
Free mobile builds may include an adaptive bottom banner ad delivered by Google AdMob from the 4th cold launch onwards. Desktop and Web editions remain ad-free. Subscribed Premium accounts remove ads everywhere.
